Career Launch and Interns are often Silver Spoon Individuals who are fast tracked into Career Positions often without basic insurance knowledge or needed people skills. Usage of India Service Center to replace American Workers leaves many in constant fear of lay-off. Also, instruction to avoid making the India Service Center known makes this division all the more worrisome for employees.
