Gallagher reviews

I worked for Assured Partners when it was bought out my Gallagher. The leadership does not care about their employees. The culture was so bad it brought the moral down. Employee turnover was horrible. When someone left, they didn’t replace them, they just added their workload onto someone else on their team. The cut out annual bonuses and merit increase. If you want to stay sane, do not go work here. I would give zero stars if I could.

The pay is slightly low.
