If you care about doing work that actually matters, this is a place where your analysis can end up shaping how a government thinks about its citizens or how a Fortune 500 runs its workforce strategy. The research talent is deep, the brand opens doors that no other firm in this space can open, and there's a genuine intellectual seriousness to the culture. Leadership is accessible and the organization is flat enough that good ideas can move fast when there's will behind them.
