      Pros

      Culture is great depending on what team you're on. There's good cash flow so as long as that persists, there's a lot of stability.

      Cons

      Leadership is strange. I'm far removed from decision-making, but we've undergone a lot of re-orgs, suspicious promotions, and small layoffs that make me wonder about leadership accountability when they make strategic mistakes. Also our DEI initiatives are as shallow as they get.
