Pros
Be able to work with some great people in my stores. Flexible schedule for non-management employees.
Cons
There is so much talk about "protect the family" but in reality that only refers to protecting the company's bottom line and not looking out for the people who keep the business running. It used to be a fun and energetic company that I would have proudly stood up for, but what it has become is a hollow shell of what it was. The pay is insulting to the amount of work required of you. I took a much lower position with another company and am making almost double what GameStop paid me. They do not value their employees at all. The minute Mike Dzura left everything began falling apart.
