Pros

Work with video games, talk to customers who share your excitement for video games, employee discount

Cons

Company encourages turnover. Pay and hours are based on performance that is tracked by the company, however even with good performance, a pay raise is only considered once a year. Do not work on commission.

Pros

Its easy I guess? Working as a Game Advisor isn't hard. If you are enthusiastic about gaming it may be a different story.

Cons

Its boring. I had little to do there, so I preoccupied myself with managing titles and cleaning. And that's supposed to be the assistant manager's duties. Also really low wage, but I guess That's due to the types of tasks expected of an employee.
