Could be worse.

Pros

Reliable hours (if you're full time), free game checkouts, decent discount, flexible scheduling, good co-workers, lots of locations (so you can potentially transfer if you move).

Cons

The pay can be weak. If you're not full time, you probably won't get much in the way of hours. Sales goals can be unrealistic at times (for example, trends at stores aren't accounted for enough. Stores that the demographics have changed for the customers and in malls that are dying are still expected to hit the same goals as before. Some goals are percentage based, but others are purely numerical.)

Pros

good place to work if you want to move up. relatively stress free.

Cons

Low pay roll. Usually not enough coverage for breaks. Will strong arm you into taking positions at other stores. And if you don't, they'll find a way.

No positive reinforcement

Pros

Good benefits, discounts and free stuff.

Cons

Stressful work environment. No positive reinforcement. Low compensation for responsibilities. When sales are down they give you more work to do rather than focus on customers.
