Flexible, remote, brainless, work from home

Cons

Pay is way to little, driving in your own personal vehicle is not compensated enough, terrible insurance. It’s a means to an end

Flexible schedule but on the road most times so it doesn't help. Good products that customers like if they ship!

Cons

Nothing ships when it says it will. Not given the tools needed to maintain or increase sales example-no catalogs available for new accounts to look at. Management thinks its no big deal. Appointments are the holly grail, but almost impossible to maintain. Good sales can still be made without appointments, but management looks down if calendar is not full....even if sales goals are met!
