      Pros

      Amazing experience working with multinational, multilingual team + working with interesting new technologies. Fun experience.

      Cons

      Products sold are subject to fads & fashions. Company culture of nasty politics. Staff live in fear of being fired. There is a high turnover of staff because of the location of the company and because of the long hours and not very good working conditions. HR personnel are generally very scary... Ganz have been involved in several unfair dismissal lawsuits.

      Owner micromanages projects and rules with iron fist. No direction or focus on projects Low salaries Like working in a factory Insufficient software and hardware
