Reps often get poor feedback from accounts on the company, complaining of out of stock items all the time and shipment delays. Accounts complain of high rep turnover consistently, which does not allow them to develop a consistent relationship. Beware of sales managers and upper management here - no integrity and a great deal of dishonesty and intimidating tactics. Be prepared to account for every minute of your day with constant reports to file/fax to your manager on a daily basis. While they provide a competitive base salary and a monthly supplement to offset gas/car expenses, the territories are large and so the monthly stipend barely covers gas costs these days. In my opinion, there are much better companies to work for. This one does not care about their employees - only the bottom line sales figures and the consistent micro-managing is ridiculous.
