Pros

I love the work environment, great work life balance and great co-workers. The building is beautiful and there is a great cafe. The team I work for is great!

Cons

It's very hard to advance at Gap, there is a lot of resources and information but when it comes down to it, it's very difficult.

flexible scheduling, my boss is very approachable, freedom to work in different aspects of the business, able to move up if you choose to, friendly workers, great customers (most of the time :)), great benefits

Cons

the gap card and the pressure surrounding opening cards, 3 weekends a month most of the time and multiple nights a week, lots of stress because corporate changes initiatives at the drop of a hat, sometimes multiple times a week.

DISCOUNT managers are super easy to talk to definitely ability to grow inside the company and QUICKLY sales associates are really chill

Cons

sometimes we receive horrible shifts (7p-4a, INVENTORY) until recently, not much incentive to sell Gap Cards (watched pretty closely by management) pay isn't great to start...at all.
