Pros
I worked in the San Bruno office and there were many smart, fun co-workers who are still there. Having left, I now realize that there were many more opportunities to move within groups internally and opportunities to be promoted vs most other companies. I greatly miss the 50% discount at Gap and Banana Repubic!
Cons
For two years when i worked there, I received zero bonus, despite putting in many extra hours and doing a good job, because the company did not perform well. Additionally, 3 people in my group quit and I was doing the work of many extra people, yet got no bonus and no extra recognition. Many other companies give spot bonuses, recognition awarsd, etc.
