Pros
As a freelancer, you have the benefit of observing how a corporation works without being too involved in the politics. Gap has a great sense of work-life balance and most people go home by 6pm on the dot. The calendar seems to work well with the production process and stress levels are comparatively low.
Cons
Management are always in some political feud. There doesn't seem to be much loyalty or trust in this place. Many people are dissatisfied with the work that they have to do, and there doesn't seem to be a strong reason behind this attitude.
