Pros

all benefits begin day 1, store to store suport but the agent must reach out

Cons

No handcuffs, no hands on, store GM's will find everything done as incorrect when apprehending shoplifers (things normal at other companies) but quick to critisize when apprehensions not made. Typically, immediate LP supervisor in another state and the agent may never meet them other than to have weekly phone conversations.

Pros

The Gap (corporate) is a great place to start a career because they encourage feedback from managers and use many "best practices" that you can take with you on your future career.

Cons

The Gap (corporate) is a large company, so it's not as agile and open to innovation as smaller fashion companies.
