Pros

It is a friendly work environment, and the hours were manageable. I enjoyed the organization of how the company had the store laid out.

Cons

Sometimes, I would come to work a few minutes late, and I would be swamped with work right away, because people come rushing in from the very beginning.

Pros

Variety of work Good benefits Team work enviroment

Cons

Inadequate support and resources necessary to deliver excellent customer service Reactive social marketing initiatives have created confusion, mixed messages, and increased customer problems and issues on the sales floor ten fold A total disconnect between senior managment and the inability to coordinate and execute promotions and service standards on the sales floor. Not enough initiative by senior management to address operations work loads and processes affected by severe cut backs, resulting in regressing sales floor operations - not keeping pace with the competition due to lack of investment in the customer service and sales floor operations
