Pros

Constant change of merchandise and customers allows for an exciting workplace. The pay for the magnitude of the work was fairly good.

Cons

Lots of gossip among the employees and management; most seem to have a hard time separating personal life and work. Also, there were 12 hour days when we could not sit down other than breaks. Moving up in the company is highly difficult because the store managers are generally set in the career.
