Pros

not bad pay for a sales associate. lively, friendly atmosphere. Made many friends with collegues. Staff discount was good. Professional management.

Cons

Hard work for the money. Store was ALWAYS messy no matter how many times you fold clothes. No recognition of good work. Long hours. The music was terrible and repetitive. Typical retail cons.

Pros

Training and Development -once upon a time! Then everything changed and it went down hill from there. Too bad, I still like the product but they are not making the connection with younger generations!

Cons

Working Hours, too much control, no room for being creative, its all about following directions. They need robots not people who can connect with people!

Pros

At the corporate level, it appears to appreciate the concepts of service and community

Cons

In Ohio, you have little to no opportunity for career growth even if your personal growth has included additional education. The opinions of hourly workers are dismissed on a regular basis as if they are less than the exempt employees in some way.
