      Great on the outside - disappointing on the inside.

      Pros

      Fun (and young) culture. Company values diversity and this is by far the most diverse employee base I have worked with. Great job in this regard! Company is very involved in the community and takes social responsibility very seriously.

      Cons

      Extremely political. Very high turnover. Most senior management promoted due to tenure, not leadership capabilities. "Yes-man" culture thrives. Employee morale overall is low due to political fiefdoms and lack of company growth last few years. No drive for innovation and managers don't want to stick their heads out and take a risk.

      inspiring leaders and collaborative team environment

      Cons

      failure to invest in technology/systems to improve efficiency. processes are outdated, slow and frustrating - which makes every person's job 2x more laborious than it should be. health benefits recently changed to HRA (originally PPO), which is not a good option for families. slow to innovate in every way.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to move in the US. Also, because the company is so large you have a lot of growth opportunity technically.

      Cons

      It is very hard to be promoted from within. I worked in the field and was qualified for many positions however because my job grade was a certain level I was not considered for many promotions. The company does prefer to higher externally rather than to promote from within.
