      Broken promises (Bonus), equipment (Trucks), structure (leadership turnover), and on and on and on.........

      Get paid twice a month

      Cons

      No training. You may get 15 mins. Instruction and from there you are pretty much on your own. Short handed due to turnover which doesn't allow time for training even if there was a program. Everyone does everything differently and all assume you've been shown how to do the various jobs without asking and when you do the job incorrectly they make you feel like you are stupid. Hours are long and you are expected to get your speed in line before you even learn the job.
