None. Unless you like showing up to work late and doing nothing this is the job for you. Because you won't be punished.

Cons

They hire bodies that aren't qualified for the job. Just a bunch of lazy people. You get punished for going above and beyond what is required. And doing your work efficiently doesn't get you any rewards. A lot of liars and back stabbers in the office politics. Hopefully those people will be gone by the time you get there.
