Pros

Quitting is the most positive thing you could do here other than not taking the job in the first place

Cons

This company is about as poor of a culture of a run organization as can be imagined. Examples: - Leadership laughs non stop about how poorly the company is - Leadership and everyone else have an on going joke of you didn’t quit by your first month then you are a veteran there - Leadership has been caught reading these reviews and laughing at them with not a care in the world - There are specific individuals in leadership position who everyone in the company fears yet no one respects . - You will be told that using profanity is the “Garda” way and you soon will be doing it - Taking lunches is frowned upon - Leaving before 5pm (even if you show up very early in mornings) is frowned upon - If you enjoy upper management talking behind your back then this place is for you - Be prepared to be micro managed - Go to any current employee and they would advise you from working here and most of them are also looking for other jobs - It’s a common occurrence for people to quit weekly and management does not seem to care The list can keep going on ..... just realize I am not an angry ex employee. I gladly left and just don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake.

Pros

You won't get fired unless you steal or kill someone.

Cons

Dangerous job using dangerous equipment. Lack of knowledgable or active management. Complete lack of training. High risk for low pay. Don't expect advancement through excellence. HR continues to hire leadership from outside of the company, which consistently causes business failure.
