      Pros

      From day one I was warmly welcomed into a supportive and professional environment. The company's commitment to employee well-being is truly commendable and they prioritize ongoing skill development. Management and HR are incredibly approachable, work is plentiful, pay is competitive, teamwork and camaraderie among employees is stressed, and I would consider Garda a "Guard-centric" employer. Highly recommend.

      *Got paid $15 per hour *Experience for resume *Overtime pay *Holidays off *Get off work when supposed to on first day

      *Cannot get off when scheduled after 1st day *Overworked and exhausting *No work/life balance *Bad manager who doesn't care about you *Manager automatically thinks you're a liar because of bad experiences with past employees *On feet all day because chairs weren't allowed *Armed security got to do and say whatever they wanted to even when inappropriate
