      Pros

      The clientele can be amazing, you have the ability to accrue a lot of overtime, most site's are very simple, and some sites are great to work at.

      Cons

      Pay is dependent on what site you work at, Serious lack of communication with GardaWorld offices/account managers, do not hire quality security officers which leads to a lot of turnover, and PTO is not offered by this company only "Sick Pay".

      -Ongoing paid training while working. -Friendly and inclusive customers, co-workers, and environment. -Excellent opportunities to progress in your career. -Knowledgeable and dependable management and chain of command.

      Cons

      -Expectations and standards of the customer experience is high. -Must be open and very flexible with your schedule. -Must be comfortable with conducting and responding to emergency situations including Fire Alarm Activations, Elevator entrapments, Medical emergencies, etc. -Tight dress code.
