1. Good work / life balance most of the time. 2. Good merit increases when you exceed expectations.

Cons

1. Unlimited PTO and your market leader and / or dotted line manager must approve request. Sometimes getting approved or asking to far in advance can be a challenge to be approved. 2. With the re organization to a Human Capital structure there are less growth opportunities for TA & HR with Human Capital.

I can’t think of anything

Cons

I have never been as micromanaged or undermined like I have been at this job. I was offered a demotion when told that I was great at my job and really smart. No matter the complaints submitted, nothing was ever done about management, even though there was plenty of proof to terminate.

Cons

Insufferable management that communicates with employees in a contemptuous threatening manner. Hostile work environment, micromanagement of all guards on site, nit picking fault finding supervisors, incompetent customer service managers who often lose clients and accounts. Constant payroll errors with wrong hourly rate and missing overtime hours. GardaWorld is a nightmare experience. A total horror show. A soup kitchen
