Pros

Great environment to work. The Garden State Home Loans Team is helpful, caring, and will do whatever they need to help grow the company and make sure that everyone is successful.

Cons

With the rapid growth and high volume of Garden State Home Loans some days will require you to work longer hours than usual; however, the extra work that you put in always pays off.

Pros

Learned a lot from my time at GSHL...Justin (CEO) is incredible is always available to assist in anyway that he can.

Cons

Only real con is the hours but it goes along with the territory/industry. The mortgage industry is a service industry and borrowers do not stop needing assistance simply because it is 5pm.

Really great atmosphere to work. The boss really gets to know all of the employees and is always willing to give a helping hand
