Learned a lot about a service driven company, the mortgage industry, and what it takes to run a small business.

You have to work long hours first couple years.

Pros

The ability to work with the most Unselfish, Hardworking, Passionate, Positive group of people you are going to find in a high pressure, stress filled, fast pace industry. Everyone cares about one another, we are fully engaged with one another, we discuss everything, everyones opinion is welcome, you feel like it's your own company because you are embraced like you are. It's unique.

Cons

There is no flying under the radar here, whatever you think hard work is, your going to get a crash course in real hard work. The standards for details and delivering for the customer are sensationally high and everyone is 100% bought in on that so you cannot coast, you cannot fly under the radar. It's either work hard, be fully engaged and be part of the team or it's not going to work.
