Pros

Awesome coworkers Decent benefits Lots to do

Cons

40 hour work week, 8 hours a day (NOT counting lunch, which really makes it 9 hours a day) is the only option. Working from home on a regular basis is not an option.

Pros

-great benefit for family -almost no overtime work

Cons

-too many meetings -too many people with weird job titles coming to meetings either talking common sense or guessing about things they don't really know -too many types and layers of managements - some teams have 3 layers all named "Manager"

Pros

The benefits are top notch. There are a lot of really great people working there. Easy to get behind the products since they are really good.

Cons

Does not empower management to make decisions, many items require VP approval making management over paid babysitters. Not much growth potential. Poor record keeping and IT infrastructure. In many ways still operates like a small company. Extremely under staffed and resourced, it takes months to get anything done if it requires assistance from outside departments.
