*Incapable of and unwilling to change process *Poor management/employee relations *Forced over time *Unpaid on call time *Low pay compared to other IT jobs *Substandard equipment *No accountability *Poor performance accepted norm for employees, management, and equipment *Management too concerned about "looking good" to upper levels and will dismiss problems or process improvements that would make them look otherwise. *Cafeteria food is WAY over priced ($12 for lunch on average) *Very little room for advancement and very small pay raises *Extreme corporate mentality and budget constraints

The benefits are outstanding! Medical, dental and vision are especially good. Also includes ESPP, and employee discounts on car units.

Cons

They are a stable employer, which can make it difficult for a new employee to seek quick, performance based promotion.
