Great company to work for, good benefits, good work-life balance. Coworkers are knowledgeable and you quickly are able to work on meaningful projects. Pay is good for the area, but much lower than you'd get in some other companies.

Cons

Low employee turnover, but that means it can be difficult to move up in position. Some people have been here for years and are still junior members of teams.
