Management doesn’t seem to realize that unless they change their ways, they’ll continue to struggle with retaining/gaining new talent. • Overloaded with work, leading to a lot of burn out. Pumping out more product than there’s resources available to properly develop and maintain. • Low salary pretty much across the board. • Location isn’t great, unless you prefer living in the suburbs. Otherwise you’ll be commuting pretty far from KC.
