Pros

- Stable working environment and salary in Taiwan. - Provide two-years-free dorm for new employees.

Cons

- The company create an image that this is a company where you can have work-life-balance. But the truth is the manager will force you to work overtime. They don't judge your accomplishment by your working result but is by "how hard" you show in working. Also, the atmosphere is serious and little laughing in company. - Too many politics. - Taiwan branch is totally a Taiwanese company. Very small chance that you can cooperate with engineers oversea. Find somewhere else if you are expecting to experience multinational company culture.

Pros

Outrageously good benefits, interesting field of work, great team to work with. Because it's a consumer electronic company, you can actually (sometimes) see how your work affects a product being sold.

Cons

Salary was a little lower, but the benefits made up for it. Overall it was a pretty positive experience
