      How can we say we are a performance based organization? When was the last time someone was let go without a riff?

      Pros

      Competitive salaries. It's relatively easy to out perform your peers. Flexible work schedule with an excellent vacation policy. Benefits are competitive as well.

      Cons

      Not a performance driven organization. Poor performers stay put and remain unproductive, or are simply moved within the organization, but are not managed out. 10/20 year veterans unable to accept or drive change, or are just comfortable with where they stand. This hampers the ability to grow within the company. Many are forced elsewhere.

      Pros

      Heavy emphasis on valuing employee for who they are and not what they've done. Has the ability to recognise talent and take risks on new employees. Nutures and develops raw talent.

      Cons

      Poor communication in the early stages and gone back on verbal promises. Management seem preoccupied at times and forget meetingds previously arranged. However management do admit when this happens and correct the problem almost immediately.

      Cons

      Not a place for consultants Research and Product-Based Company Consulting is priced out of the market Not sure if it is Solution or Industry Driven Very Authoritarian Approach to Managment
