Thank you for the input! We work hard to make sure all of our 60+ interns per year feel welcomed and fully part of the team as part of our intership program Garver Launch. The are certainly both pro's and con's to working in a small team environment, we'll consider some alternate arrangements for increased involvement.

Flexible work schedule. Great benefits. Quickly growing company with opportunities to advance. Great corporate culture. Company tries to be involved past your work hours.

Cons

Local management can be a bit of a hit and miss. Definitely get the sense that they are under a great deal of pressure to out perform. Local management can be a bit too strict in their work. Management tends to micromanage projects. Pay is average. Company is maybe trying too hard to be No. 1.
