Pros

While monetary compensation seems to be lower than other area financial institutions, the benefits are excellent and the employees / co-workers are wonderful.

Cons

Management tends to focus on "trends" (age, race, gender, certain personality traits) in choosing employees to promote, instead of rewarding employees based on job performance.
