Pros

Culture, work-life balance, benefits, customer focused.

Cons

Such a small company doesn't have as much room for advancement as large corporations. But small companies can be great as well.

A Sad High School Culture

Pros

Good pay (but very poor work-life balance and zero appreciation for showing initiative)

Cons

Non-existent leadership that trickles down from the top. Supervisors leave early every day to “volunteer,” and go on constant vacations, putting all the work on teams and blaming teams for inefficiencies in the midst of work overload. Leaders (including HR) spread toxic gossip around the office, which can be easily overheard throughout the day. Haven’t seen anything like it since high school.
