Great place to work, probably would have stayed on. If have seen improeviroment an a bit more of a team environment.

Cons

Need more input from top down. Top management don't have a clue, what a shame. Seen many shining stars come and leave. For less pay an stress. The leaders are living a lie as to their management skills.

Dynamic environment in a static industry. Each account has different needs. Always something new to tackle every day.

Cons

Mature industry; growth potential at corporate office is minimal. Benefits and perks are not great as company is always looking for cost cutting measures.

Pros

Overtures made to improving processes and using data intelligently. There are some managers who genuinely believe new approaches and ideas are valued and work to design and implement them. These employees are good mentors and team members.

Cons

Unfortunately, those who constitute the pros above are few and the executive management discards their proactive advice as insubordination. I was surprised to find such limited corporate vision and adherence to an outmoded hierarchy with such pervasive secrecy and paranoia. Yes, this is a complex business, with tight margins and deadlines. All the more reason to foster and support effective teamwork instead of applying "The Mushroom Principle", (keep them in the dark and feed them fecal matter).
