Pros

I spent many years working in the self driving companies before to Gatik. I had exposure to some very interesting technologies. I have been pleasantly surprised by the clarity and maturity of the business and technology.. Team is building and delivering projects at a very fast pace.. Highly motivated individuals.engineeing is the top priority here and it shows clearly. The recent change is direction is also very refreshing. It's not easy. That's what you want in a startup.

Cons

There is constant change for the good, you need to be able to adapt. Less social events.

Pros

Ability to work on cool, technically challenging projects with talented and motivated coworkers. Leadership is hands-on and active. Food is solid onsite.

Cons

It can be free high stress and very fast paced. No 401K match. As with any company, Gatik struggles with some internal organizational growing pains and some confusion, but none of that has ever had a significant impact on my perspective of the company. It's a challenging business to build and grow but that's why we are here. Much of the criticism I hear come from the people with a 'grass is always greener' mentality. This is objectively a great place to work if you are serious. Yes there may be struggles.

worst startup from a tech and culture perspective Managers are full of egos there is not mentors.. all of them have already left full of new grads taking there paycheck while looking for a new job rumors of favoritism based on certain bad behavior swirling around all 5 star reviews are fake and added by the company themselves
