Pros
Working on exciting features, with big name customers who are excited about the product. It feels like there is so much momentum in the company right now. Engineering has been shipping exciting new features (and more to come!), and sales and marketing are really gather steam too. People who really thrive at Gatsby are highly collaborative, and I think the company has really doubled down on that approach this year with new hires, especially in management. The work life balance has always been really good for me here. Only on the rarest occasions have I worked over 40 hours in a week.
Cons
There has definitely been some leadership struggles in the ~2 years I've been here, which have caused false starts and disorganization. That being said, I feel really confident in the current leadership and it feels like things have stabilized. Being fully remote during the pandemic without meeting people in person has been tough. Looking forward to getting together with people in person - hopefully sometime soon.
