Pros

You'll work with great engineers, great people who all have the same drive "making Gatsby the best framework to build modern apps". Everyone is supportive and will help you grow your career to where you want to be. As a software engineer, I'm having ownership of big features where I can sink my teeth into. Gatsby's community is fantastic and has so many loving people.

Cons

A fully remote company with lots of different people around the globe sometimes needs proper day planning if you have meetings in the late afternoon. Besides that, being remote is awesome!
