My team was a small team but it was a super awesome one. We shipped a lot of improvements. I really enjoyed my time there

Cons

Not really a con but they did struggle with raising funds for a while and this led to another round of layoffs

Flexible remote first culture Autonomous and product driven Everyone I personally worked with was a gem

Cons

It's a challenging workplace for a designer. Expect heavy UI design projects to be kicked off and then put on hold in favor of building out backend projects. It was disappointing in my one year of experience to have very little work to be proud of. Diversity is pretty awful, expect to be in a room of mostly white men.
