Pros

a good place for non-honors degree holder to start out at. Being a small company, gazillion would hire most people with a pass degree

Cons

Extremely unfair and long work hours for artist. Artist work for about 10-15 hours/day while engineers work for about 5-10 hours/day, very different from other companies in the same industry. Poor management consist of people who are fired from bigger companies like activision, riot,EA,ubisoft

Pros

There were (and continue to be) a number of quality people working there Generally hard-working and dedicated employees Casual atmosphere Marvel license

Cons

Executive management is weak and ineffective There is a complete lack of transparency between executive team and rest of staff Company leaders speak with more authority than they have Company culture is pretty sterile Legal and HR inexplicably command more power than is healthy

Pros

-Made some excellent professional connections with some talented co-workers -QA was decent despite being treated like second class human beings -Game consoles in break room -Well stocked kitchen -Great experience in how NOT to run a game studio

Cons

-Production team on Marvel Heroes is petulant and disorganized -The same production team continued to hire members of the same family -Middle Management lacks the spine to fire underperformers (Some due to personal ties) -QA Management wasn't much better -No real opportunities for advancement -Raises were a non-existent myth, or a joke when one was finally issued
