Pros

Lots of diversity in work. Did not have a lot of repeats and kept each location unique at least. Compensation per hour is a little low but fair. If looking to just get some experience in IT to move on to a better job in the future, this is probably a good low work load place to figure things out.

Cons

When it was busy I would have one, maybe two jobs a day that would last me about an hour each. When it was slow I would have maybe a job a week. Either way, not a lot of money coming in to me.

Pros

Flexible hours They do pay you if a customer flakes which is surprising considering their other shady practices. As other reviewers have stated, their headquarters seems to be in Central/South America and not Florida.

Cons

No reimbursement for travel unless over 30 miles No equipment/tools provided No reimbursement for tools/equipment Lack of good information/manuals for troubleshooting Charge customers (mostly retired old people) ridiculous prices while paying techs very little Sells customers computers/products at marked up prices Encourages techs to fish for more time so they charge customers more Bad idea for customers to provide this company with their credit card info It's very inconvenient for techs. You may get a job for an hour, have to go home and wait for 2 hours, then visit another customer. To make it worse, you are not reimbursed for travel most of the time. In addition, you might only be notified of an assignment a few hours in advance.

None at all. Do your research or contact any real current or ex-employee Everything about GEEKS ON SITE and the “Otte Polo” group is very very sad and frustrating

Every single word of every negative comment you find online (and there are soooo many) on customer reviews sites, former employees, social media or BBB, is 100% TRUE. I could simply copy and paste what they say about the dwarf George Otte, lac of professionalism of upper management, how abusive they are with everyone, money laundering, low payments…etc However i will add something I haven't read yet😏 The owner Mr George Otte decided to shut down their company in Peru to avoid paying taxes and benefits to employees but they continue their operation as if nothing had happened paying under the table, o benefits and your payment notification simply shows your name, amount and no name or signature from anybody…
