Pros

Honestly, the only thing is my coworkers because we are miserable together.

Cons

This company 🙄 not only are the units grossly understaffed but nurses are deeply unappreciated. Been working here 3 yrs. Got a back injury (most likely from the job), went to Geisinger’s convenient care and received a note from a PA saying I can only perform light duty until after a PT eval. I was told my note from the PA can not be honored because I can’t be totally sure if I got my injury on the job or not (guess I shouldn’t have been so truthful). Lol a hospital can’t honor a providers note FROM THEIR OWN COMPANY. I get it’s a business but what about their whole slogan - which is “caring”. I can tell you through experience this company only cares about the money. They do not care about their employees. I could go on and on about the negatives of this organization. I wouldn’t recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Think before applying to this awful excuse for a hospital.

Pros

Love the other staff members and the pay isn’t bad. People had your back most of the time and were usually willing to lend a hand

Cons

Management and hospital politics are the worst
