      Better than retail pharm, having the feeling of actually helping people, great co-workers in the inpatient pharm department, new expansion coming soon

      Company asks employees to donate PTO for maternity leave, so you should be aware of this. Didn't think they'd be like this.

      Pros

      In the middle of nowhere so they have monopoly on healthcare in the area.

      Cons

      They run the hospital and clinics like a corporation. Layoffs without notice. Poor leadership and administration that do not look at themselves, but fire frontline workers before taking a salary cut or decreasing the number of managers/execs. Shady practices with no clear communication to providers, staff, or the community.
