      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and accepting. They care about your future and happiness and removing all roadblocks that stand in your way. The culture is so much better than anything I have experienced.

      Cons

      This is not a place for someone who doesn't want to work. There is a level of trust here that you will do what you commit to on your own and that can be hard for some people.

      OK salary and benefits. Good environment (as long as you have friends).

      Unstable, volatile business model. A lot of people on a bench. People getting laid off, high turnover.
