Pros
Lots of smart people on the delivery side. A great place to meet some cool people. If you want to slack off and not do much you can get by here just make sure you don't give negative feedback.
Cons
When I started there they actually sold projects and passion was around driving value with the client. People had the mentality to go above and beyond for Geneca and the client. Then the past few years with current leadership (CEO) it became much more about people pleasing. While the message was about transparency and wanting feedback it was just lip service. Culture became just a buzz word and was something that was forced top down instead of fostered. I think it all comes down to the fact that leadership has ideas but not clear goals. People can't make decisions without knowing the destination. They need to take their own medicine about how to create transparency and create alignment not just use the words. Unless Geneca changes the highest level of leadership I would not recommend them.
