      Good company but lack succession planning & career development

      Pros

      pay is great, benefits are great, people really believe in doing good for patients, commute program (free buses) is the best

      Cons

      too many meetings & initiatives that are FTE loaded; internal promotions occur without equal opportunity for everyone (they don't even get posted!); some are just winging it

      Great opportunity to learn. For self-starters, a great environment to be on your own to get things done. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      Some weak middle management left bad, toxic apples in some departments. As long as you can avoid the toxic apples, your experience will be golden.

      Pros

      People and management are very nice and easy to get along with. Benefits are great and you get a lot of paid time off.

      Cons

      Manufacturing Facilities pay is not as competitive as the rest of company's and the Bonus amounts are a joke. Way too mant team type meeting groups that consume your time.
