There are no pros for working at Generac Power Systems. You'd be better off taking a lower paying job. Your mental health will be better for it.

Cons

This place is a disaster. Their engineering system to SAP integration is horribly unreliable and the people managing that area make it worse not better. Steer clear if you value ethics, morals, and your mental health.

The organization in general is fantastic, i cannot speak higher words of Generac Power Systems as an entire organzation

Cons

HR is awful. I would NEVER recommend working for their Human Resource department at Generac. Their leadership is so rude, has little to no empathy, and will throw you in front of a moving bus to get on top.
