      Pros

      The job stability is the most positive thing about this Company. Being one of the largest defense contractors in the world, GDEB will never go away. The benifits are decent also, with a good retirement plan

      Cons

      Satelite offices are not and will never be anyplace but a dead end position, with zero oppurtunity for advancement unless you uproot and move your family. Annual pay adjustments are less than 2%
