      Really great work environment. We were able to secure contracts with major consulting firms. Work focuses mainly in the rail industry.

      Cons

      It is a small company. Moving up and getting raises are hard to come by. The company is focused on growing and you will be stuck in a role for many years.

      This company is a great company to work for, with great benefits and a great long term business outlook. The company sponsored sports are an added plus.

      Cons

      This company is very old fashioned and is hard to move up to supervisory positions. As a non-engineer there are very few business opportunities when it comes to moving within the company.

      Must be careful where you focus your area of work. Can become pigeon holed in an area that is not transportable outside the company.
